Dorothea educates clients on skincare and makeup application. She uses the CA Botana Skin Care line skincare products. CA Botana combines ancient herbal and mineral treatments with modern innovations. These products are not tested on animals or made with animal by-products. At age 39, Dorothea Johnson changed careers after working at UnumProvident for 12 years. Dorothea started Inner Glow Skin Care Service in February of 2005 at Heavenly Styles Salon and Day Spa. She has also worked at Skin Solutions Medical Spa, In the Buff Day Spa, Cass Gardens Salon and Day Spa, The Health Nut, and also as an Aesthetics Instructor in the Cosmetology program at Virginia College School of Business and Health in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
